Autosphere chooses Chargemap for a tailored charging experience

Co-branded charging card

Autosphere, the retail brand of Emil Frey and France's leading car dealer with 250 Autosphere dealerships and centres, is joining forces with Chargemap Business to offer its customers a simple, seamless and tailored charging experience.

A smooth transition to electric

Cars are becoming increasingly complex for their users to understand and manage. With this in mind, Autosphere actively supports its customers to make life with their car easier. The transition to electric mobility is fully in line with this approach, with the goal of making charging less complicated and simplifying the customer experience.

To do this, Autosphere has introduced a set of concrete measures:

  • A range of services dedicated to electric vehicles: a home charging solution (reinforced socket or Autosphere charging station), a guaranteed installation with assistance in case of breakdown, and a solution for charging on the road with the Autosphere charging card, in partnership with Chargemap.
  • Deployment of a network of high-power charging stations, eventually in around thirty Autosphere dealerships.
  • In-depth training for employees on electric vehicles: 1,500 employees will be trained by the end of 2024 to become true ambassadors for electric mobility.

"Our goal is to offer solutions that make switching to electric easier and charging stress-free," explains Olivier Kempf, Marketing and Customer Experience Director at Autosphere.

The co-branded Chargemap Pass

Choosing Chargemap as the partner for the on-the-road charging solution came naturally. Chargemap, a leader in charging solutions in Europe, offers a network of more than 530,000 compatible charging points in France and Europe.

Its Chargemap Pass charging card enables simple, efficient charging, with a built-in route planner and customer support available 24/7.

"Chargemap is the leader in on-the-road charging solutions and a key player in the market," says Olivier Kempf. "Our collaboration with Chargemap reflects our commitment to supporting our customers throughout their electric mobility experience."

A comprehensive, evolving charging support offer

For Autosphere, listening and paying attention to customers is at the heart of its strategy. The range of services dedicated to electric vehicles was launched in early June 2024, with a particular focus on making the switch to electric easier.

"Our goal is to offer solutions that make switching to electric easier and charging stress-free," says Olivier Kempf.

The partnership between Autosphere and Chargemap Business reflects a shared commitment to electric mobility and offers Autosphere customers a tailored charging solution, thanks to co-branded Chargemap charging cards.
