The tracking screen brings together the key session information:
- The estimated cost, updated as charging progresses, excluding taxes for Business accounts.
- The energy delivered and the session duration.
- The battery level, on networks that transmit this information.
- A notification when the charging session changes status.
- An end-of-session summary: cost, energy, final status.
The cost follows the pace of the charging network: depending on the operator, it updates within a few seconds or a few minutes. It is an estimate calculated from the data transmitted by the network during the session. The final amount may differ slightly: the invoice is authoritative.
Tracking visible without opening the app
Your employees do not need to keep the app open. On iPhone, charging tracking remains displayed on the lock screen and at the top of the screen throughout the session (iOS 17.2 or later). On Android, a notification displays the progress of the session live.

Today, tracking covers charging sessions started from the app, via Plug & Charge or via Autocharge, on compatible networks. It will be extended to charging sessions started with the Business Chargemap Pass, as Chargemap validates the reliability of each operator's data.
